Search using a single guide gene

This search generates a gene network using a ‘guide gene approach’ to examine the coexpression patterns of genes. In this approach, a single guide gene is used to explore other functionally related genes. The resulting gene network, which consists of the guide gene and the genes that were connected to the guide gene within a user-defined distance, can be viewed in HyperTree, Cytoscape Web or Graphviz formats.
