Search using multiple guide genes

This search generates a gene network using a ‘guide gene approach’ to examine the coexpression patterns of genes. In this approach, multiple genes are used as 'guide genes' to explore functionally related genes. The resulting gene network, which consists of the guide genes and the genes that were connected to the guide genes within a user-defined distance, can be viewed in Cytoscape Web or Graphviz formats.
